Directions for use:

1. Apply Heliocare Advanced Gel SPF50 evenly and liberally all over the body 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Reapply frequently, especially after long swims or excessive perspiration.

Sun exposure for prolonged periods of time is not recommended even with sunscreens
