Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Rapbeauty processes and delivers orders to customers in the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

Rapbeauty currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Some remote areas, military addresses, or restricted locations may not be serviceable through every carrier.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery: 4 to 9 business days from order date.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact contact@rapbeauty.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, building reception, and the carrier before contacting us. Rapbeauty is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening it. Contact contact@rapbeauty.com promptly with your order number and photographs. Do not discard the packaging until our review is complete.

9. Split Shipments

An order may ship in more than one package. If this occurs, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
